About the role of Communicator
As a Communicator at Alingsås Energi, you will play a key role in making complex contexts understandable and engaging. You will be part of our marketing team and responsible for creating clear and educational communication – both internally and externally. Your tasks include translating complex solutions into easily understandable and inspiring content, creating and publishing text and content in newsletters and digital materials, and actively working to improve communication channels - both intranet and social media.

Furthermore, you will participate in and drive projects to develop the company's communication and digital presence, as well as represent Alingsås Energi in external forums and contexts. You will closely collaborate with colleagues from different departments to strengthen the brand together.

Your main tasks:
• Translate complex solutions into easily understandable and inspiring content.
• Create and publish content and texts in newsletters and digital materials.
• Develop and improve our communication channels, including intranet and social media.
• Work closely with colleagues from different departments to strengthen our brand together.
• Participate in and drive projects to develop our communication and digital presence.
• Represent Alingsås Energi in external forums and contexts.

About you
To succeed in the role of Communicator, you have a post-secondary education in Communication, Marketing, Web Development, or an equivalent education that can be assessed as equivalent. You have previous work experience in digital communication and/or marketing, where you have preferably worked broadly with both internal and external communication. Previous experience with intranets, apps, and video is considered an advantage. You have excellent language skills in Swedish and English, with knowledge of additional languages being a plus. You hold a B driver's license.

As a person, we are looking for a creative and technically interested communicator who is proactive, customer-oriented, and business-driven. You are a skilled writer and have the ability to adapt messages to different target groups and thrive in a role with varied tasks.

Important for the position is:
• Post-secondary education in Communication, Marketing, Web Development, or another education that can be assessed as equivalent.
• Previous work experience in digital communication and/or marketing, where you have preferably worked broadly with both internal and external communication.
• That you are a skilled writer and have an interest in technical solutions.
• That you are proactive, customer-oriented, business-driven, and enjoy varied tasks.
• Excellent language skills in Swedish and English.
• B driver's license.

Meritorious for the position is:
• Experience with intranets, apps, and video.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
